What we collect

What you send us through our forms: intro-call and team-learning enquiries, and sample-report requests. That is your name, work email, company and anything optional you choose to add, such as your role, timeframe or a note about your team. The site doesn't currently run analytics or advertising trackers — and there's no cookie banner, because there's nothing to consent to.

At events

If you play our AI Hype Quiz at an event and ask for a scorecard, we collect your name, work email, company, the process you rated, your scores and your quiz answers. We use them to send your scorecard and follow up about it. We only add you to updates if you tick the box.

What we do with it

Reply to you. Nothing else — no lists without explicit opt-in, no selling, no profiling. Sending a form doesn't subscribe you to anything, start an automated email sequence or book a meeting; a person reads it and replies.

Where it lives

Form submissions pass through our website's form handler to Resend, our email delivery provider, and arrive as an email in our inbox. The form handler doesn't keep its own copy. We'll list provider regions here once we've confirmed them, rather than promise a storage location we haven't verified.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act you can request access, correction, or make a complaint — the OAIC is at oaic.gov.au. UK and EU visitors have equivalent basics under UK GDPR.
