SERVICES

Engagements built around honest verdicts.

Every engagement is fixed-fee, phase-gated and senior-delivered. Each one starts from your real systems and ends with either working delivery or an honest reason to stop.

01 / THE PATH

02 / AI REALITY CHECK · LEAD ENGAGEMENT

The audit that tells you where AI pays

The 2-4 week audit that tells you where AI pays in your business. The fee is fixed, and 100% credited to your first build phase if you commission it within 60 days.

You get

  • A workflow and systems audit of one to three high-volume processes
  • A quantified opportunity map in hours and cost
  • A scored shortlist — every use case carries GO NOT YET or NO-GO
  • A 90-day and 12-month roadmap with unlock conditions
  • An executive readout
03 / FOR REGULATED FIRMS

AI Risk & Readiness Review

For AFSL holders, brokers, lenders and other regulated firms.

Your staff already use AI - this review finds where, builds the risk register and practical use policy your board and regulator expect, and turns the same work into a list of automations that are safe to pursue. Mapped to current Australian regulatory expectations. We stay on operational governance; where you need legal advice, we say so.

Fixed fee · 2-4 weeks

04 / FROM STALLED PILOT

Pilot-to-Production Sprint

You've already paid for AI once - a stalled pilot, an abandoned chatbot, a strategy deck nobody delivered.

We take one workflow to production: integrated, measured against a baseline, with humans in the loop and a runbook at handover.

Week 1 is a feasibility re-check with teeth - if the honest answer is "don't build this", we tell you and you keep the remainder of the fee.

Fixed scope · 4-8 weeks

05 / ONGOING LEADERSHIP

Fractional Head of AI

Part-time senior data and AI leadership: roadmap ownership, vendor and build decisions, governance cadence, hiring support. Rolling three-month terms with a 30-day exit - it continues only while it's earning its keep.

Available to organisations that have completed a diagnostic (ours or equivalent rigour).

06 / COMMERCIAL PRINCIPLES

How the money works

Fixed fees, agreed before we start. Diagnostic fees credit toward build. Phase gates you can exit at. No retainers that outlive their usefulness, no lock-in, no hourly meters.

We publish our commercial principles because we think that how a firm charges tells you how it thinks.

07 / FIT

Asked before buying

How senior is the team, actually?

The founder delivers every engagement personally, with specialist contractors where a domain demands it (they're named in the proposal, not swapped in later).

We're not sure our data is good enough.

That's a finding, not a blocker. If your data can't support a use case yet, the roadmap says so and names the fix.

Can you just tell us what tools to buy?

Usually the answer involves the tools you already own. We work above your stack, not instead of it.

What if the audit finds nothing worth building?

Then the report says that, and it will have paid for itself by stopping bad spend. It hasn't happened yet — piecemeal adoption almost always leaves money in obvious places — but the verdict is real.

Do you use our data to train anything?

No. Your data is analysed for your engagement, handled per the data-handling note in every SOW, and stays in Australia.
