How we keep fees transparent

Prices agreed in writing before we start, and published where we can. Reality Check Lite is credited in full against follow-on work within 60 days; learning fees don’t become credits. No retainers that outlive their usefulness, no lock-in, no hourly meters.

We publish our commercial principles because we think that how a firm charges tells you how it thinks.

FAQs

Where should we start?

Most firms start with the AI Safe-Use Setup, which puts rules, checks and training around the AI your team already uses. Reality Check Lite comes next, when one workflow looks worth testing.

How senior is the team, actually?

The founder delivers every engagement personally, with specialist contractors where a domain demands it (they’re named in the proposal, not swapped in later).

Will you see our client files?

No. The Setup looks at your tools, never at client, patient or matter files, and Reality Check Lite walks through your workflow with live client data hidden or de-identified.

What if Reality Check Lite finds nothing worth building?

Then the report says so, with the reasons, before you’ve spent anything on a build. In our first engagement, a third of the use cases we scored moved to the ‘Don’t Build’ side.

We’re not sure our data is good enough.

That’s a finding, not a blocker. If your data can’t support a use case yet, the report says so and names the fix.

Can you just tell us what tools to buy?

Usually the answer involves the tools you already own. We work above your stack, not instead of it.
