04 / THE COMMERCIAL SHAPE

Credited in full if you go further

A$4,500–7,500 + GST, depending on the workflow, agreed in writing before we start. Credited in full against any follow-on work you commission within 60 days.

There’s no obligation to build anything. In our first engagement, a third of the use cases we scored moved to the ‘Don’t Build’ side.

Before you book

Will you see our client data?

No. The walkthrough uses your real workflow and templates, with live client data hidden or de-identified. We never handle client, patient or matter files.

What if every step comes back NO-GO?

Then the report says why, and you’ve found out before paying to build anything. There’s no obligation to go further.

Should we do the AI Safe-Use Setup first?

If your team already uses AI without agreed rules, yes. Reality Check Lite is for when one workflow looks worth testing.

What does it ask of us?

The 2-hour walkthrough with the people who do the work, and an hour for the readout.
