Fixed fee · Written down · No lock-in
Your team is probably already using AI. We put clear rules, checks and training around it, then tell you where it will pay, where it won’t, and what to do first.
If something isn’t ready for AI, we tell you.

Quarter-end BAS checks, down to the exceptions
A small Australian accounting practice checked every client’s lodged BAS and IAS against Xero by hand. We built the tool that now does the checking, so only the exceptions reach the accountant.
First real client-quarter ran end to end on 11 October 2026. The Xero investigator has so far been tested on invented data.
01 / THE PROBLEM
Most mid-sized Australian organisations are already using AI - a note-taker here, a Copilot licence there, a pilot that never left staging. The Reserve Bank describes adoption as piecemeal; Deloitte found only 12% of Australian organisations are getting transformation-grade value from it, against 25% globally.
The problem isn't access to AI. It's that nobody will tell you which of your workflows it will actually pay for — and which it won't.

02 / HOW WE JUDGE AI USE
The real system, mapped
Every use case, ranked
Sequenced by unlock conditions
Working software, behind gates
We start from how the work actually gets done: the real tools, templates and handoffs, with client data hidden or de-identified. Never a generic maturity model.
Every candidate use case is scored on value, complexity and readiness. Enthusiasm doesn't move the numbers.
You get a sequence with unlock conditions, not calendar promises. Some things can be done at the same time; Some things wait until their dependencies are done.
Working AI behind explicit gates, measured against a baseline. If it stops earning its place, we stop and tell you.
03 / WHY US
Ossama spent 10 years building AI and data systems inside Big 4 Banks, State and Federal Governments, and Not-for-Profit Orgs. We built No Fluff AI because too much of what's sold as AI transformation is a deck, a pilot left in purgatory, and an invoice with unclear ROI.
We're new, senior-led and Sydney-based. You'll work with the person whose name is on the report - no leverage pyramid, no offshore handoffs. And because we're new, our first clients get our most senior attention at our sharpest pricing. We're building a reputation, and reputations in AI are built on verdicts that turn out to be right.
Meet the founder →“The team understood the value of our Campaign Builder quickly. They treated it as a strategic asset, not just a spreadsheet.
Their discovery work gave us a clear roadmap for Campaign Intelligence, with quick wins, data foundations, and realistic AI ambition.
They also challenged us where it mattered, especially on feedback loops and data quality. The result felt practical, credible, and easy for our Strategy and Commercial teams to adopt.”
04 / FIT
Owner-led Australian firms of 5–50 people that handle client or patient information, such as accountants, clinics, pharmacies and law firms, with leadership that wants the truth about AI before spending on it.
And teams whose people need practical AI skills, from complete beginners to regular users.
Enterprises wanting a big-program partner ecosystem; teams that only want a cheerleader; anyone looking for AI only to sound nice on paper.
